Workout Ideas for Men Having Trouble Staying Motivated

We’re doing a workout routine great for beginners, but don’t let that fool you. This isn’t just for beginners. It’s also for those of you (and myself) who haven’t been to the gym regularly in the last couple months or even years.

It’s just a great way to get you back in the gym, and get you motivated too you start working on that hot summer physique.

I’m trying to take a lot of information and condense it into small video. We’re gonna start with less reps and a higher weight and then by our third set we’re going to be doing less weight but more reps.

A Good Beginners Workout Routine

I am world where you lie to say let’s burn it down quiet bang hello and welcome back you guys so for today’s video if you didn’t notice by the title we’re doing a workout routine and essentials for beginners but don’t let that fool you this isn’t just for beginners it’s also for those of you and myself who haven’t been to the gym regularly in the last couple months or even years this is just a great way to get you back in the gym get you motivated so you start working on that hot summer but that being said because it is a beginner’s workout routine and essentials guide so this is going to be a three to four week process and because it is a beginner’s workout routine I’m trying to take a lot of information and condense it into small video so I decided to do is bring us into two parts so this week’s video will be the essentials guide and week one and then next week’s video will be weeks 2 3 and 4 plus some food and healthy eating ideas for before after you workout the main thing to keep in mind with this abs workout routine is that it’s cater to building muscle mass so if you’re just trying to tone your body you could still use this routine just make sure you up your reps and lower the weight that you’re using and since we’re building muscle mass we r we doing a reverse pyramid with our sets we’re gonna start with less reps and a higher weight and then by our third set we’re going to be doing less weight but more reps the manatees are bringing these videos down this way then I want you guys to see the progression in how your work out for teams should be and change and in doing it this way it really helps you get over that hump and really back into the routine of going to the gym regularly regularly can’t say it today so with all the workouts I’m going to be showing you i’m going to be doing mostly free weights so if you’re not comfortable with doing threeways yet feel free to do these same workouts on machines bad week progress make sure you get away from machines and start getting into three ways that thinks that was jump on in the video and I’ll break it down for you guys the essentials that you’ll need for going to the gym are actually quite simple all you need is a bottle of water your phone for some music headphones to listen to that music some hair ties cowell gloves are optional but also just as important the closing where’s the gym are really important you want to wear something that’s loose so you can have the right amount of movement to perform each exercise correctly and comfortably shoes are also really important you want something with cushion and proper support for your feet so week one week one is all about getting back into it or getting into it for the first time it’s gonna be a really really easy week but it’s also going to get you used to doing all the exercises that you’ll be using going forward for the other weeks so this birth week is really great it’s only three days it’s monday wednesday and friday because it’s only three days you’re going to be hitting the entire body in every workout i’m just going to give you a brief example of them explain the actual routine if you want to find out how to do these better you can always look them up on youtube we whoa I’m exhausted it’s so cheesy so I really hope you guys enjoyed this video one thing I really want to stress about this routine is to remember that you’re going to be doing that reverse pyramid so when you’re doing your 8 reps do that through the most weight and when you’re down to 12 reps be doing that for a lightweight keep that in mind it’s really gonna help I really hope you guys found this video useful and that it’s motivating to get you back into the gym or into the gym for the first time and if you know anyone who’s having trouble staying motivated or wants to go start working out but isn’t sure where to start feel free to share this video with them because you never know it might be just what they need to get into it that being said this is all for me today good luck on week 1 i’ll be there with you i’m doing this myself I need it’s been a while I’ll keep you guys updated on my blog channel so if you are familiar with my blog channel make sure you go check that out also make sure you keep it up with me on all my social media we listed here and down below I’m actually gonna go to gym right now while I’m there make sure you subscribe and support this channel so you don’t miss next week’s video as well give that like but a little smack on the boobie to let me know you enjoyed the video it also lets me know that you want to see more of these fitness videos in the future so what’s the back into and I have my new workout routine i can give you guys an update on what i’m actually to the gym it for me today i love you guys and I will see you in whatever Wednesday in just a couple of days here love you guys.
